By accessing and using Crēdo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crēdo is a platform that provides musical interpretations of Christian doctrine and teachings, including but not limited to the Westminster Shorter Catechism, Apostles' Creed, and Nicene Creed in various musical genres.

3. Development Status

Crēdo is currently in development and may never officially launch or be released as a commercial product. However, we will collect and retain your email address and other information you provide through the waitlist, regardless of whether Crēdo ultimately launches. By using the Site and joining the waitlist, you acknowledge and accept this.

Crēdo makes no guarantees regarding future availability or continued access to the Service or any particular content.

4. Waitlist and Access

The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist, you will be notified if the Service becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content made available through Crēdo, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Crēdo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The musical content featured on Crēdo includes works generated using Suno.com’s AI music creation platform under a paid subscription that grants commercial usage rights. Visual assets (including images) were generated using Midjourney under a paid subscription that also grants commercial usage rights.

Crēdo and its licensors retain the rights to use, display, and distribute this content through the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from Crēdo.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Disclaimer

The religious and educational content provided through Crēdo is intended for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for theological accuracy based on historic Christian documents, users should consult with their own religious advisors for specific theological guidance.

Crēdo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crēdo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
